Therapy is a space to explore the struggles and complexities of being human. It offers an opportunity to discover more about our needs to live as our authentic, autonomous selves and how they coexist with our needs to be connected to and understood by others. I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages across the lifespan. I currently serve adult individuals addressing a broad range of concerns. Most of my clients are those seeking to create more peace within themselves or their relationships. With a psychodynamic foundation, I use an integrative approach to facilitate self-discovery, growth, and healing. I aim to provide you with a safe relational environment for collaborative exploration and to see and understand you as a unique and dynamic individual embedded in historical, relational, and cultural systems. It is my privilege to accompany clients on their path toward expanding self-understanding and the capacity to love, work, and play. I invite you to reach out if you think I might be helpful to you.
